  1. Position spacers, as required, between strand and cable or between cables.
  2. Hold head of DELTEC® tail through spacer, around cable, up through other side of spacer and into other side of the head.
  3. Pull snug and use WT3D tool to pull strap up tight and cut tail flush with locking head.
